If we are not able to collect personal information about you, we may not be able to provide you with the products, services or assistance you require. The collection use or disclosure of your personal information is needed to provide these.
We will generally ask for the following types of personal information:
• name, address, email and contact details;
• date of birth;
• gender; and/or
• information about your use of our product or service
Depending on the product or service you choose, you may also be asked other types of personal information such as:

We will collect your personal information during the information life cycle, on an ad hoc or a recurrent basis using the above methods. For example, we will collect personal information when you acquire a product or service from us, when you make changes to that product, when you enquire on our product and services or request information on our services. We will combine or link personal information we already know about you to other personal information we collect about you.
We collect your personal information:
• Directly from you by written, by phone or through our online booking engine.
• From a group coordinator who is arranging your travel ( If this is the case we request from the group leader that every member of the group has consented to them providing this Personal Information to us, in order for us to provide those products and services).
• From other persons or organizations (including related and third parties).

Cookies
Our websites rely on “cookies” to provide several services to you. A cookie is a piece of data that a website sends to your browser and which is then stored on your computer or other internet enabled device. Cookies are generally one of two types, a session cookie or a persistent cookie. A session cookie is a temporary cookie that is placed on the device and remains until you leave one of our websites. A persistent cookie will remain on your device for a period or duration specified in the cookie despite you leaving our websites.
Cookies generally allow our websites you are browsing to interact more efficiently with your device. ITravel2Getaway, Inc. uses cookies to collect and use information for a range of purposes, including; to maintain and improve the operation of our websites; track user preferences and product requirements to customize our websites and target and improve advertising or marketing relevance. We may also have an arrangement with third parties who may use our cookies to improve the relevance of our advertising to you on third party websites. Purposes of collection of personal information
We collect your personal information so we can:
• Identify you and provide you with our products and services including notifying you about new products, services and promotions from time to time.
• Understand your requirements and provide you with a product or service.
• Set up, administer and manage our products and services.
• Get a better understanding of you, your needs, your behaviors and how you interact with us, so we can engage in product and service research, development and business strategy including managing the delivery of our services and products via the ways we communicate with you.
Sometimes we are required to collect your personal information to satisfy specific legal obligations.
Use and disclosure
We use and disclose your personal information for the purposes we collected it. Please refer to “Purposes of collection of personal information” section to understand what these purposes may be.
If your personal information is subject to the USA privacy regime, we will use and disclose your personal information for a secondary purpose related to a purpose for which we collected it, where you would reasonably expect us to use or disclose your personal information for that secondary purpose. In the case of sensitive information, any secondary use or disclosure will be directly related to the purpose of collection.
For example, we will disclose your personal information to third party service providers so that they can provide the contracted services to ITravel2Getaway, Inc. such as information technology support or programming, hosting services, telephony services, mailing or sending of documentation to customers digitally or otherwise.
As a travel agent, ITravel2Getaway, Inc. offers products and services on behalf of several other providers including but not limited to cruise lines and insurance companies. ITravel2Getaway, Inc. maybe required to disclose your Personal Information to these providers to enable them to provide you with their services and to assist in making your experience a satisfying one. As these providers require this Personal Information when making your booking, if it is not provided, we will not be able to finalize your booking.
There will be other instances when we may use and disclose your personal information in accordance with USA privacy regimes including where:
• You have expressly or impliedly consented to the use or disclosure.
Collection use and disclosure of personal information for marketing
ITravel2Getaway, Inc. has a large range of travel services. Marketing is an important part of our business. We want to collect, use and disclose your personal information to keep you up to date with the range of products and services available from ITravel2Getaway, Inc. and which we think may be of interest to you. We use a wide variety of marketing strategies including mail, SMS, telephone and other internet-based marketing including targeted online advertising and online behavioral marketing. Third party marketing service providers may combine the personal information we disclose to them with information they already hold about you, in order to serve you with more relevant advertising about our products and services.

Parties to whom we disclose and collect your personal information
As detailed in “Ways we collect your personal information” section there are a range of people and organizations (‘parties’) to whom we disclose your personal information and collect personal information from – that are not you. These may be parties related to ITravel2Getaway, Inc. or third parties. The particular party will depend on which company or brand in ITravel2Getaway, Inc. you do business with and what product or service you receive.
Some examples of the parties to whom we may disclose your personal information to and collect personal information from are:
• Other companies within the ITravel2Getaway, Inc. and other trading divisions or departments within the same company.

Overseas Disclosure
We will send your personal information overseas and collect personal information from overseas. Instances when we will do this include:
• When you have asked us to do so or we have your consent.
• When we are authorized or required by the US law or a court/tribunal to do so.
• When we have outsourced a business activity or function to an overseas service provider.
• Certain electronic transactions.
We will disclose all kinds of personal information overseas but only to the extent it is necessary to perform our functions and services. In order to engage in our business activities and functions we will disclose your personal information to and collect your personal information from parties in several countries. We will need to from time to time disclose your personal information to and collect your personal information from other countries not on this list. This will be on an ad hoc or case by case basis and for the purposes for which we collected your personal information.
Security of your personal information

These storage mechanisms may be managed in a few ways. They may be managed or administered internally by a company in ITravel2Getaway, Inc. and may be held locally in the United States of America. ITravel2Getaway, Inc. has an ongoing program of review and enhancement of its security measures. The reviews and updates address such matters as security and information management policies, processes and procedures, and technology reviews such as software, virus protection and fire wall settings. ITravel2Getaway, Inc.’s systems and information technology infrastructure are regularly audited both by internal and external experts.
E-mail transmissions to ITravel2Getaway, Inc., are not necessarily secure. If you have any concern about the security of the contents of your e-mail or any other transaction over the Internet, then you should consider contacting us by other means. ITravel2Getaway, Inc. does however employ strong encryption techniques and the use of firewalls like financial institutions and internet transaction systems globally. If you make a transaction involving the submission of personal information over the Internet to ITravel2Getaway, Inc. using one of our online forms then the ITravel2Getaway, Inc. employs that encryption technology. Once ITravel2Getaway, Inc. has received your personal information, it is stored and protected by a range of security controls, including firewalls, user identification requirements and audit trails.
ITravel2Getaway, Inc. trains its employees and representatives in their privacy obligations, applies confidentiality obligations and provides authorized persons with user identifiers, passwords or other access codes to control access to your personal information.
Non-customers
You may not be a customer of ours, but you may interact with one of our companies. You may interact with one of our companies by using our transactional websites, entering a competition or commenting via social media. We will collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any Privacy Statement you may receive when you interact with us. Anonymity and Pseudosymmetry
If you are subject to the USA privacy regime, you have the option of not identifying yourself or of using a pseudonym unless we are required or authorized under USA law or a court/tribunal to identify you or it is impracticable to deal with you anonymously or by a pseudonym.
United States of America – Access and Correction of Personal Information
You have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you. We can deny access to some or all your personal information in specified circumstances. We will provide reasons for any refusal in writing.
If you would like to request access to the personal information we hold about you please contact us by using the relevant Access or Correction contact in the ITravel2Getaway, Inc. Privacy Contact Information details, which can be found below as we may be able to provide you this information within our normal business processes. If not, the staff member will be able to commence the privacy access request process for you which may require you to complete a privacy access request form. These requests may incur a fee and you will be advised of an estimated fee and the payment options at the time of written acknowledgement. This is usually provided to you within 15 business days.
Our response to your request will usually be completed within 30 days of receipt of the request. If we require further time we will contact you in writing to advise of this and provide our reasons for the further time that is required.
We rely on the accuracy of the personal information we hold about you to provide our products and services to you. You have the right to request us to correct any inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading personal information. We will take such steps that are reasonable in the circumstances regarding the purpose for which your personal information is held to make a correction. We may refuse to correct your personal information and will provide reasons for refusal in writing. If we refuse to correct your personal information you have the right to associate with the information a statement that the information is inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. Removal from our marketing lists:
If you do not want to receive email or posted offers from ITravel2Getaway, Inc. please let us know by sending an email message to info@itravel2getaway.com. Or if you simply follow the instructions for ‘unsubscribing” included as part of ITravel2Getaway, Inc.’s regular mail and email offers your name will be removed from the mailing list.

We are pleased that you have chosen iTravel2Getaway, Inc. These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you book your trip through us, in addition to important obligation you make as a customer that effect your legal rights. The terms "we", "us" and "our" and “iTravel2Getaway” refer to iTravel2Getaway, Inc. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting our website, and/or booking a reservation through us.
Your Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
By booking your arrangement with us, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and any additional terms and conditions of any Supplier that are applicable to your booking, travel arrangements. You agree on behalf of yourself and those you represent to comply with all such terms and conditions, including the payment of all amounts when due. If you do not agree to any of these terms you must not make a booking with us.
You agree that any violation of any such terms and conditions may result in (a) the cancellation of your reservation or purchase, (b) your forfeiture of any monies paid for your reservation or purchase, (c) you being denied access to the applicable travel related product or service, and (d) our right to debit your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
You represent and warrant that (a) you are of sufficient age to use our services and website and can create binding legal obligations in connection with your use, (b) you are legally authorized to act on behalf of those you represent and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf, and (c) the information supplied by you or members of your group is true and correct. You are responsible for informing such other persons of all terms and conditions applicable to their travel arrangements. You understand that you are financially responsible for any use of our services or website by you and those for whom you make bookings.
You acknowledge and agree that we may change these terms and conditions from time to time and that those changes become effective immediately. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions that are in effect at the time of your travel. You agree that is your responsibility to be familiar with these terms and conditions and to check back from time to time for any changes.
Non-Responsibility
iTravel2Getaway, Inc. acts solely as an agent for various suppliers of travel and other services (i.e., cruise lines, tour companies, hotels, airlines, railroads, and/or owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation and/or other related services), herein referred to as the “supplier” iTravel2Getaway, Inc.. does not own, manage, control, promote, run, or operate any transportation or recreational vehicle, motel, hotel, restaurant or any supplier of any services. All exchange orders, coupons and/or tickets are offered subject to the General Information and Terms and Conditions under such services are provided by the suppliers, so you must agree to and understand those terms. Delays, cancellations and over bookings may occur on air flights, cruises, and land reservations by the participating carriers and suppliers. iTravel2Getaway, Inc. cannot and will not assume responsibility for their or anyone’s acts. iTravel2Getaway, Inc. shall not be held liable for potential risks and any and all hazards associated with travel where injury of any type, delays or methods of doing business or substandard or negative conditions or any other adverse conditions have or may occur. Deposit or payment for travel services constitutes consent to all terms, conditions and agency disclaimer. iTravel2Getaway, Inc. shall not be responsible nor assume any liability for any of the following:
1. Any cancellation of services by the supplier of any liability in arranging transportation, hotel and other accommodations iTravel2Getaway, Inc. is not responsible for personal injury, illness or property damage or other loss or expense of any nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of any actions of any person or supplier of services, programs or accommodations. You are participating in any travel arrangements at your own risk and iTravel2Getaway, Inc. assumes no responsibility for disappointments at all or for any death, illness, sickness, disease, natural disaster, injury, loss, delay, accident, expenses or defect that may result from your travel. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to cover the costs of some of these items. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger, who again is advised to take travel insurance, which is available at iTravel2Getaway, Inc.
2. Any change or modifications by the supplier of itineraries, air carrier, routing, scheduling, departure date, level of accommodations, etc.
3. Fluctuations in fares, rates, exchange rates, surcharges, taxes, fees and/or price differentials.
4. iTravel2Getaway, Inc.'s sole responsibility is to book your travel and will not be responsible for anything other than booking your travel. All travel is solely the responsibility of the Passenger and not of iTravel2Getaway, Inc.
If you wish to leave from any city other than the gateway cities provided in the cruise/tour package, etc. or elect to change the air routing provided by the cruise/tour package, iTravel2Getaway, Inc. will at your direction, reschedule your transportation at the adjusted current tariff and deviation charges. It is the responsibility of the passenger to re-confirm his/her flights with the airlines. Flights may be missed due to schedule changes or other acts and air schedule changes may cause cancellations. iTravel2Getaway will not be liable should any requested changes result in any losses whatsoever.
Assumption of Risk and Covenant Not to Sue
Client is aware that travel such as Client is undertaking on the Trip may involve hazardous activities, some in remote areas of the world. Inherent hazards and risks include, but are not limited to, risk of injury or death from: motor vehicles collisions, animals, roadway hazards, slips, and falls, consumption of alcoholic beverages, tainted food, or non-potable water; exposure to the elements, including heat, cold, sun, water, and wind; my own negligence and/or the negligence of others, including tour guides, other guests, iTravel2Getaway’s employees, agents and/or representatives; attack by or encounter with insects, reptiles, and/or animals; accidents or illness occurring in remote places where there are no available medical services; fatigue, chill, overheating, and/or dizziness,; known or unknown medical conditions, physical excursion for which I am not prepared or other such accidents; the negligence or lack of adequate training of third-party providers who seek to assist with medical or other help either before or after injuries have occurred; accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies or services; and the adequacy of medical attention once provided.
I understand the description of these risks is not complete and that unknown or unanticipated risks may result in injury, illness, or death. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this Trip Client is willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of travel. Client hereby accepts and assumes full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of iTravel2Getway and agree to and shall hold harmless and fully release iTravel2Getaway, Inc. from any and all claims associated with the Trip, including any claims of third party negligence and you hereby covenant not to sue iTravel2Getway, Inc. for any such claims or join any lawsuit or action that is suing iTravel2Getaway, Inc..
Indemnification
Client agrees to and shall indemnify and hold harmless iTravel2Getaway, Inc. and each of our officers, directors, employees and agents, from any expenses, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements and costs (collectively, “damages”) involved with or incurred by iTravel2Getwasy, Inc. (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and the advancement of same) with respect to any claims, law suits, arbitration, or other causes of action, which result, directly or indirectly, from Client’s breach or violation, or threatened breach or violation, of this Agreement.
Booking and Payment
You must make payment for your arrangements in accordance with the instructions we give you. The full balance must be received prior to any date we may specify, which will usually be 90 days prior to your intended departure date. Bookings made three months or less before departure must be paid for in full at the time of booking. If we do not receive any payment due in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you in which case the cancellation charges set out below will become payable. We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason and shall in that event return any deposit received.
ITravel2Getaway, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the reservation and impose cancellation charges if any payment is not received as detailed by us. iTravel2Getway will not be responsible for lost land and/or air reservations.
Once payment for your trip is processed, you will receive i) a receipt and ii) a checklist of items for you to review travel documents. Please review documents carefully and promptly as we will not be responsible for any errors. It is your responsibility to review all travel documentation and alert us as soon as possible with any corrections- we will send you a link for you to review and to sign electronically.
Credit Card Booking
Providing iTravel2Getaway, Inc. with credit card information for payment assumes that the passengers and clients are authorizing this credit card information to be used for payment of their travel plans, both deposits and final payments for travel arrangements made by iTravel2Getaway, Inc. For security purposes, we are required to collect the customer’s credit card billing address, card expiration date and the customer verification code every time a payment is applied. Credit Card fees may apply.
Cancellation
All Suppliers have their own cancellation policies, which apply to your booking. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to acquaint him/ herself with said policy. Should a cancellation become necessary, please inform iTravel2Getaway, Inc. immediately in writing and request a written confirmation of your cancellation. Upon, receipt, iTravel2Getaway, Inc. will follow industry procedures for any applicable refunds as outlined in the supplier’s brochure and subject to their review. If granted, refunds are usually finalized within eight to sixteen weeks.
Changes and Cancellations by the Operator
We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if the operator needs to make a significant change to your confirmed booking or to cancel. We will also liaise between you and the operator in relation to any alternative arrangements offered by the operator, but we will have no further liability to you.
During local or national holidays, certain facilities such as museums, sightseeing trips and shopping may be limited or unavailable. In such instances itinerary changes are made by Operators seeking to reduce inconvenience to customers. Such changes are deemed not to be a major change, and no compensation will be payable to customers. Holidays, closing days and other circumstances may necessitate a change of the day of the week for scheduled regional meals, sightseeing or other activities. If you feel your enjoyment might be diminished by any of these circumstances, please check with the respective national tourist office before selecting a specific departure date.
Force Majeure
We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation or refund any money where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations or the obligations of our suppliers is prevented or affected, or you otherwise suffer any loss, injury, death, inconvenience or damage as a result of circumstances amounting to “force majeure”. “Force majeure” means any event or circumstances which we or the supplier of the services in question could not foresee or avoid. Such events and circumstances may include, acts of God, actual or threatened, war, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil action, decisions by governments or governing authority, technical or maintenance problems with transport, changes of schedules or operational decisions of air carriers, terrorist activity or the threat thereof, industrial action, natural or nuclear activity, epidemic, illness, physical injury, quarantine, medical or customs or immigration regulation, delay, or cancellation, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
Travel Protection Plan
We strongly recommend that passengers purchase comprehensive insurance that includes coverage for Trip Cancellation or Interruption, Cancel for Any Reason, Medical Expense, Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, and Baggage. Such insurance at a minimum should cover your losses sustained as a result of cancellation, medical issues, and repatriation in the event of accident or illness. Certain countries have a requirement for foreign visitors to have valid medical insurance on entry. iTravel2Getaway cannot be held responsible for denied entry if a guest is unable to provide details to authorities of insurance or denial of entry for any reason.
iTravel2Getaway is not qualified to answer technical questions about the benefits, exclusions, and conditions of travel insurance plans. iTravel2Getaway cannot evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured's existing insurance coverage. If you have any questions about your travel protection, call your insurer or insurance agent or broker.
Declining travel insurance could result in the loss of your travel cost and/or require more money to correct the situation. You also acknowledge that without insurance, there may be no way to recoup any losses, costs or expenses incurred. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance coverage, we will not be liable for any of your losses howsoever arising, for which insurance coverage would otherwise have been available.
International Travel
By offering reservations for travel international destinations, iTravel2Getaway does not represent or warrant that travel to such areas is advisable or without risk. It is your responsibility to be aware of travel warnings and advisories as announced by the U.S. State Department and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Should you choose to travel to a country that has been issued a travel warning or advisory, iTravel2Getaway will not be liable for damages or losses that result from travel to such destinations.

All passengers including children must possess a passport valid for 6 months after return date and appropriate visas and documents on international travel. Some countries require that your passport have two to four blank visa/stamp pages. The name on your ticket must match the name on your government issued I.D. or passport. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm all information is correct on receipt of all documents and communications.
For information about passport requirements you can visits the State Department’s website at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html. It is your sole responsibility to secure and/or pay for any and all visas, reciprocity fees, affidavits, immunizations, etc. that are required to be permitted entry into each destination. In some countries you may be subject to entry (reciprocity) fees and/or departure taxes/ exit fees which will be collected at the airports upon entry/departure by local government authorities. Please note that entry to any country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete.
Visas: Some countries require visas to enter. Without a valid visa, you may be denied entry into the country. You can find out if you need a visa by visiting the embassy website of the country you'll be traveling to. Although you can always contact us with questions it is your responsibility to ensure you have all the proper travel documents, to include your visa(s). We are happy to refer to you a third-party visa processing company if you so desire.
Children Traveling with One Parent, or Someone Who is Not a Parent/Legal Guardian, or Children Traveling in a Group: Foreign border officials may require custody documents or written consent from the other parent/both parents. When traveling domestically or internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that everyone carry at least two forms of acceptable identification in order to board a flight. Examples: DHS designated enhanced driver’s license, USA Passport, a foreign government passport. Obtaining and carrying these documents is your sole responsibility. iTravel2Getaway bears no responsibility for such information and will not be responsible for advising and/or obtaining required travel documentation for you, or for any delays, damages, and/or losses including missed portions of your vacation related to improper documentation or government decisions about entry.
Health: Recommended inoculations for travel may change and you should consult your doctor for current recommendations before you depart. Disinfection: Most countries reserve the right to disinfect aircraft if there is a perceived threat to public health, agriculture, or environment. While this is not a common practice, we want you to be aware that it is a possibility. This process includes the following: (1) spray the aircraft cabin with an aerosolized insecticide while passengers are on board or (2) treat the aircraft's interior surfaces with a residual insecticide while passengers are not on board. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflicts of law doctrine. The parties agree that any disputes between them and iTravel2Getaway, Inc., may be heard only in the state or federal courts in the State of Florida, and the parties hereby consent to venue and jurisdiction in those courts. All customer claims must be submitted in writing and received by iTravel2Getaway no later than 60 days after completion of the iTravel2Getaway vacation. Customer claims not submitted and received within this time shall be deemed to be waived and barred.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SEVERABILITY
This agreement, including any other attachments and exhibits, or other documents we provide, constitutes the entire agreement and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, with respect to iTravel2Getaway. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
